Today Kazakhstan is the task of the development of small and medium
sized farms, farms that require environmentally friendly, self-sufficiency and
cost-effective production of raw materials processing and production. For
example, in the Republic of Kazakhstan on the processed meat - 30%, milk -
40%, fruits and vegetables - a little more than 4% of the total volume of raw
materials. Therefore, currently facing Kazakhstan processing industry faces a
number of pressing problems - the development and application of new
technologies in the processing of fruit and vegetable raw materials.
The objective of the proposed technologies - expanding arsenal of tools for
the processing of agricultural raw materials. The developed technology
corresponds to the priority areas of science, defined by the Government of RK,
namely:
production and sales of high-tech products, taking into account best
international practices;
the development of industrial design products (access to the experimental -
industrial or small-scale production);
increase the utilization rate of production;
reduction of energy intensity of technological raw material processing
process.
The complex for deep processing of agricultural raw materials has goals:
the creation of highly complex and innovative processing of fruit and
vegetable raw materials;
ensuring food security of the country;
production integrated cycle of the retail (unit) to wholesale (serial)
products;
development and expansion of domestic production capacities;
improving the competitiveness of agricultural products on domestic and
foreign markets, on the basis of innovative development of agribusiness, the
optimization of its institutional framework, create an enabling environment for
enterprise development, improve the investment attractiveness of the industry;
reproduction and more efficient use of agricultural land and other natural
resources;
sustainable development of rural areas.
Among the tasks to achieve the goals envisaged:
increase in fruit and vegetable production of raw materials;
development of non-waste technologies, recycling selhosyrya;
increasing the range and quality of food products based on complex
processing of plant growing raw materials;
