Scientific support for the concepts of technological processes in the food

The development strategy of food and processing industry of Kazakhstan for the
period up to 2050 (hereinafter - the Strategy) provides a systemic solution to the
problems of food and processing industry, resources and financial support, as well as
mechanisms for implementation of the activities of the Strategy and indicators of
their performance. The strategy is designed taking into account the provisions of the
Law "On the development of agriculture," Concept of Long RK social and economic
development until 2020 and 2050 approved by the Government decree.
The doctrine of the food security of Kazakhstan approved by the Decree of the
President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the basics of the Republic of Kazakhstan
state policy in the field of healthy nutrition for the period up to 2050, which are
approved by the Government, as well as the recommended rational norms of
consumption of foods that meet the healthy nutrition requirements, and a number of
departmental target programs on the development of agro-industrial complex of the
country.
The strategy is intended to create the necessary conditions for the modernization
of industry, the formation of the new technological order, solutions of financial,
economic, social issues, but also facilitate the realization of the goals of Kazakhstan
social and economic development until 2050. The strategic goal of facing the food
processing industry, is to provide a secure and sustainable supply of the population in
a safe and quality food. The guarantee of achieving a stable domestic sources of food
and raw materials, as well as the availability of required reserve funds. The Strategy
takes into account prevailing in recent years, the positive and negative changes in
macroeconomic policy and socio-economic situation of the agricultural sector,
increased exposure to the processes taking place in the global agro-food markets,
Kazakhstan's accession to the World Trade Organization and the development of
integration processes.

agro-food market, food and economic security.
In recent years, a number of important measures to develop the raw materials
industry base. Implementing priority national project "Development of agro-
