In 1989 - Donald Eigler, IBM's employee put the name of the firm of xenon
atoms, and
Dutch physicist Seez Dekker created a transistor based on nanotechnology
(1998). American physicists James Tour and Mark Reed have determined that a
single molecule can behave the same way as the molecular chains (1999).
In 2000 - The US administration has supported the creation of a national
initiative in nanotechnology. Nanotechnology research received public funding from
the federal budget, which was allocated | 500 million.
Marc Ratner thought that nanotechnologies have become a part of human life in
this 2001.
Then there were two landmark events: an influential scientific journal Science
called nanotechnology - "breakthrough of the year", and the influential Forbes
business magazine - "a promising new idea."
Now in relation to nanotechnologies periodically use the expression "new
industrial revolution" - is now in the food and agribusiness sectors Nanomachining,
nanoproducts, nanopackage, and much more based on applied innovation.
We consider the improvement of machine technologies and creation on their
basis of the leading lines of innovative generations for the production of food
products, designed and planned in the long term - strategy of development of the
food processing industry, agribusiness until 2020-2050. It is government policy,
"Concept of Long-Term Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of
Kazakhstan" in the field of healthy human nutrition and to ensure secure and
sustainable supply of the population safe, quality food.
The guarantee of achieving a stable domestic sources of food and raw materials,
as well as the availability of the necessary reserve funds, the use of innovative
technologies:
- high technical level of production based on modern scientific and
technological progress;
- effective state regulation measures, the protection of the food market;
- the development of various forms of associations of organizations defending
their rights and interests at all levels of government and business.
All this allows Kazakhstan to ensure food security and generate the necessary
resources for the domestic food market, including at the global.
