The experimental results showed that in all the test solutions prepared in
the water treated in the «Izumrnd» setting, the level of dissolved oxygen is
maintained longer than in the solutions of the comparison on the reference tap
and distilled water, indicating that the enhanced biochemical stability of
solutions prepared at ECA-water.
The trend towards the preservation and retention of dissolved oxygen can
also be seen at the higher concentration of gum arabic (Figure 18).
The most important functional ingredients that protect the body from
oxidative stress and its consequences, are antioxidants, bioflavonoids, among
which green tea is considered one of the most active. It was investigated the
influence of ECA-water on the antioxidant activity of highly purified green tea
extract containing epigallocatechin gallate Teavigo not less than 88%.

In experiments designed to study the stability in solutions Teavigo at ECA -
water, we studied the change with time (within 24 hours) of the total antioxidant
activity of the extract solutions with concentrations of 0.05 % and 0.1 %. The
experimental results for the 0.1 % concentration presented in Figure 19.
