The results showed that, regardless of the concentration of all solutions
investigated antioxidant in water electrochemically treated exhibit greater
stability compared to solutions of the same substance in distilled water.
Thus, experimentally demonstrated the feasibility of using ECA method -
water treatment processing stages in the production of functional drinks, and
gum arabic enriched green tea extract. We spent developing formulations
flowsheet combined beverage production comprising in combination as a basis
kvass, mixture of fruit juices enriched with gum arabic and green tea extract. A
distinctive feature of the technological scheme of water treatment is a step which
involves electrochemical activation of water in the installation IZUMRUD-K1
equipped with an external carbon filter, in compliance with technological
regimes developed earlier treatment (Figure 20).
