properties of dietary fiber in model solutions based on ECA-water. In a series of

inulin concentrations of 0.1 %, 0.3 %, 0.5 %, 1 %, 3 %, and water cooked c

This indicator indirectly shows the biochemical stability of the solution. In

solution of gum arabic to water, ECA - measured water for 7 days at room
