Each machine system production lines are allocated for specific industry sub
species products. For example, in the system of machines for the oil industry
production lines are divided into the following groups:
- vegetable oil production,
- hydration and refining of oils and fats,
- interesterification of fats,
- issue of margarine, mayonnaise,
- obtain substitutes of cocoa - oil,
- production of fatty acids, soaps and vegetable proteins.
In each of these groups are separated by a line on the nomenclature of products,
performance. That is, the line for the production of margarine:
- line for continuous production of liquid margarines with equipment for the
manufacture of packaging containers of PVC capacity of 5 t/h;
- line production of margarine and cooking fats in packs of 250 g capacity of
2.5 t/h;
- line producing margarine and cooking fats in the large packaging capacity
of 2.5 t/h;
- line production of margarine in the large packaging capacity of 5 t/h;
- manufacturing line is packaged in 250 g packs of margarine capacity of 5
t/h.
According to the goals and objectives of engineering activity using
classification features, it is - the classification of lines by types of products,
productivity, which is the basis of sectoral systems of machines.
