The interconnectedness and diversity conjuncture forming factors affecting
the operation of the food industry, leads to the need to group them (Figure 28).
Classification conjuncture forming factors can reveal not only the content
and structure, but also a form of intensive exposure to the market efficiency of
the new product.
The relationship and interdependence of all groups of factors are obvious.
It should be noted that the proposed classification does not exhaust the
whole variety of relationships of each factor with the other, however, it
highlights the main areas in which they are quite clearly reveal its capabilities.
Factor analysis identified the most attractive areas of the modernization
activities of the food industry:
- Diversification and increased production volumes for the health - care
and diet;
- Improving the quality, safety and competitiveness of domestic products;
- Quality control of products;
- The use of nanotechnology.
The most promising areas of application of nanotechnology in the food
industry:
- Simple grinding product to nanoparticles; production of various nano
additives that improve food;
- Nanofiltration to improve product quality; biosensors for monitoring the
quality of food and the food of a new generation of packaging in which the
products are not spoiled for a long time.
This urgent task is to study questions of distribution and acceptance of the
new product to the market position of a two-pronged approach, involving the
need to study various factors that influence on the part of consumers and by
businesses.
Despite the introduction of new products, differentiated food products
enables manufacturers to control prices, excessive differentiation may lead to
reduced opportunities for economies of scale in the production and marketing of
products and to an increase in sales promotion expenses. Consumers have
different tastes, necessitating a variety of products and services to meet them.
But the diversity of the products should continue for as long as the costs of
a new product I will outweigh the benefits of better meet consumer preferences.
Differentiation of the image, the intensification of advertising campaigns can be
an additional barrier of entry into the market of new products.
Actually one of the main priorities of the implementation of the "Concept
of state policy for healthy nutrition of the population of the Russian Federation,
the Republic of Kazakhstan - the creation of advanced technology and
equipment to produce high quality products functionally - directed action. An
important aspect of the development of modern food technology - creating a
