The process of modernization - progress in any sphere of human activity,
that is, the very concept is universal and is not an event, but a dynamic process
of solving the problems posed by the market. Upgrade needed as separate
branches, complexes, and the market.
Modernization should be seen at certain levels:
- At the enterprise level for modernizing understood these changes,
materializing new scientific knowledge, form new ways to meet the traditional
needs or create new needs;
- On the country's industry and economy level, it is interpreted as a
complex multi - faceted economic process with the system, a complex character.
Modernization - a phenomenon and process:
- In the first aspect of modernization - any meaningful change in the
economy.
- In the second aspect of modernization - a multilateral process a whole
range of changes in the course of which is closely intertwined set of economic
and organizational problems, with a clearly defined ultimate goal, with a pre
predictable result.
Based on the interpretation of modernization as the renovation of a complex
multi-faceted economic phenomenon.
Analysis of the need to give a systematic, comprehensive and it must be
conducted with respect to all levels of management of the enterprise;
- Cover a wide range of industrial nature of the problems and to cover both
qualitative and quantitative aspects;
- Take into account not only the economic, technical, technological, and
market conditions forming factors affecting the nature of trends of production
and market.
Revealed conjuncture forming factors, assess their impact on particular
modernization of food processing enterprises.
