food technology.

entropy (in the sense of knowledge organization systems), but also a tool that
produces entropy (in the sense of generating new scientific directions, the formation
of new challenges and setting new tasks) [2, 3].
High rates of development of knowledge in food technology can not fail to
please and inspire. But more and more growing anxiety: the rate of growth of
knowledge is so great that they exceed the capacity of its assimilation in the walls of
higher education.
The threat information crisis can be overcome by changing the structure of
scientific knowledge which may be carried out with the appropriate methods,
techniques systematization of knowledge.
