Heat and mass transfer processes: drying, cooking, distillation, roasting,
baking and others.
One example is the processing of grain and potatoes on alcohol for the
same type of technology on the stage:
□ preparation of raw materials for processing; - Cooking of starchy raw
materials; - Saccharification of starch raw materials;
□ cultivation of yeast; - Fermentation of saccharified mass; - Distilling the
mash; - Rectification of alcohol.
□ Workflow on bragorektifikatsionnyh plants differentiated in stages that
carry out sequentially in separate columns:
□ in the mash (mash distillation to produce a mash distillate and tap
stillage "in the form of waste production);
□ in Epuration (separation of mash distillate or alcohol - raw and
concentration of impurities and the head of the selection with a fraction of the
brain of ethanol - a byproduct of the production);
□ in distillation (alcohol concentration and pasteurization and isolation
during the concentration of impurities in the intermediate alcohol as a fusel
fraction);
□ in fusel or extractive - distillation (fusel oil concentrating and isolating it
as a marketable by-product);
□ column final cleaning (additional cleaning rectified alcohol with a
branch to re-distillation of alcohol fractions with impurities);
□ column to separate the alcohol from the overhead (top fraction from the
selection and concentration of methanol, aldehydes, esters).
Isolation of alcohol from the mash and purification alcohol - crude
(distillation) from the impurities produced in bragorektifikatsionnom vacuum
apparatus which comprises three columns: bragoepyuratsionnoy, Epuration and
distillation.
