System approach method performs system analysis. It refers to a set of
techniques and methods for the study of systems. Interaction of elements of the
system is characterized by straight lines and feedback. The essence of the system
analysis is to identify the connection and to establish their influence on the behavior
of the whole system.
System analysis implement in order to optimize systems management processes,
which is a choice of an optimum variant of control, that is such a process, at which
the minimum or maximum value of the specified characteristics of the process -
optimization criterion.
System approach to technology is used to obtain an objective quantitative
assessment of various actions aimed at improving the object of study.
This involves the use of quantitative assessment of the general principles of
systems theory, theoretical and experimental data on the processes:

Optimization of process parameters. System quality. To improve the process
