Currently, syntheses involving these monomers used to prepare the silicone
-hydrogel-materials for soft contact lenses with hydrophilic properties
combining high oxygen permeability [83-88]. Compatibility components in such
systems significantly improved, if the hydrophobic component used partially
fluorinated silicone macromonomer [88].
There are exotic approaches to solving the problem of compatibility of
components in the synthesis of amphiphilic conetworks. Upon receipt
conetworks first hydrophilic monomer is used instead of its precursor -
monomer containing hydrophobic trimethylsiloxane group. After completion of
the synthesis conetwork monomer units hydrolyzed, resulting in the elimination
of organic silicon fragments and substitution of hydroxyl groups on [26].

combination of a hydrophilic material properties providing biocompatibility of
the hydrogel with living tissues with high oxygen permeability, which reduces
the risk of hypoxic damage the cornea of extended continuous wear.
Manufacture of soft contact lenses extended continuous wear - promising, but
