It should be noted and emphasized that cooperation within the special mono
discipline special poly discipline has not only methodological, but also of great
practical importance. Poly discipline "Theoretical Foundations of Food Technology",
which is necessary to improve the training of specialists in higher education - for the
future, which needs can not be predicted accurately.
The development of higher education in the country requires the expansion of
the profile of specialist training at the expense of his "fundamentation". But, with
limited training time any gain fundamental and general engineering training may go
at the expense of weakening the knowledge and skills on the specialization.
But as you know, college food profile release of specialists not only for science,
but for production, where they should as soon as possible to work independently. Is
this possible without any special application knowledge, of course not.
Experience shows that when university graduates do not possess such
knowledge in sufficient, its adaptation as a specialist is significantly delayed. Thus,
the need for the immediate future is in contradiction with the future needs of more
remote.
This raises the question of the optimum ratio of basic knowledge of special Poly
discipline (running on the distant future) and applied knowledge of special mono
discipline (working for the near future). And it can be resolved according to the
authors [2, 3, 4] by creating a chair of theoretical bases of food technologies while
preserving and developing existing in universities dedicated technology departments.
Therefore, a textbook for high schools "Theoretical Foundations of Food
Technology" can and should be a catalyst for the establishment in universities
faculties theoretical foundations of food technology that is already the order of the
day.
The practice of interdisciplinary research has shown, however, that their
effectiveness does not enough to gather under one roof, a group of scientists and
engineers possessing knowledge of various special mono discipline and allocate to it
a certain amount of resources.
The fact that a special discipline is not just a certain amount, the unit of
knowledge in a particular food technology, allowing a purely mechanical alignment
with other similar units in the same knowledge of other technologies in
interdisciplinary research [2, 3.4].
Specific special discipline - it is a form of joint activities, and scientists and
engineers as a form of ordering, structuring, the organization has already acquired
knowledge as a form of cooperation, communication of scientists and engineers, the
form of training for its food industry. In addition, this form of organization of
scientific and engineering activity has significant opportunities and specialized self­
organization mechanisms. And the union of special mono discipline to solve
